Following new hardware announcements Apple also released Release Candidates for macOS 12 Monterey, iOS/iPadOS 15.1, watchOS 8.1 and tvOS 15.1. Apple now accepts submissions targeting macOS Monterey to Mac App Store.
Xcode 13.1 RC is also released.
Also, release of macOS 12 Monterey is expected on October 25.
These releases enable SharePlay API, however, Universal Control feature is still “coming later this year”.
RC also targets Safari with refined tab designs.
