Apple publishes iOS 16 beta 7, tvOS 16 beta 7, watchOS 9 beta 7 and notably iPadOS 16.1 beta 1. Xcode 14 beta 6 is also released (while no release notes are posted for it yet). No new beta for macOS 13 Ventura yet.
iPadOS beta is now showing version 16.1 which confirms rumors that iPadOS will be release later than iOS. Meanwhile Apple Developer site references this beta as iPadOS 16 beta 7.
