Apple acknowledged issue with Screen Time with settings being unexpectedly reset. Issue seems to persist even with latest iOS updates. Fix is expected in next releases.
“We are aware that some users may be experiencing an issue where Screen Time settings are unexpectedly reset,” an Apple spokeswoman said. “We take these reports very seriously and we have been, and will continue, making updates to improve the situation.”

iPad owners who had their screen replaced by third-party service might encounter issues with Apple Pencil. Issue seems to be related to latest iPadOS updates. Apple did not commented this issue yet.
