Along with bug fix release, Apple publishes new round of beta versions.

New beta fixes wording for iCloud Private Relay issues. No other notable changes are reported for this beta. Also, no new Xcode betas are released.

Apple published a document explaining iCloud Private Relay mechanisms.

At the same time multiple European carriers are trying to ban or at least block iCloud Private Relay.

There are reports that T-Mobile is also trying to block it even in US. However, that is a bit more complicated.

Apple is moving iCloud+ Private Relay and Custom Email domains to beta. Users could go to beta.icloud.com to set up email domains. Features will be disabled by default.
